Wirtz Group Personnel Inc helps connect Canadian businesses with remote professionals, and connects individuals seeking remote work with potential employers. Submitting a form is an expression of interest only. It does not create an employment relationship, a guarantee of employment, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals located in Canada who are 18 years of age or older, or businesses operating in Canada. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use the Site to transmit harmful code or interfere with its operation
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or data from the Site

4. No Fees to Job Seekers

We do not charge job seekers any fee to submit an inquiry or to be considered for a role. We will never ask for payment, banking information, or upfront costs as a condition of being matched with an opportunity.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Wirtz Group Personnel Inc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of linked third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
