The Windmill

The Windmill offers tranquil, welcoming accommodation in a recently converted 19th century windmill. Enjoy unique views of the surrounding countryside and large gardens with a lake, while still being within easy reach of the A1 and M1 and less than an hour away from London and Cambridge.
Our three comfortable, spacious rooms include The Windmill Suite, comprising 5 circular floors, the uppermost of which is a lookout point at the top of the tower with 360 degree views over open fields and the village of Thurleigh. Rooms are available for double, twin, family and single occupancy.
Breakfast is cooked to order in the circular ground floor dining room with lunches and evening meals available at The Jackal, which is a short walk away.
As a special treat why not enjoy a Romantic Break in The Windmill Suite with champagne, chocolates and flowers.
